So what is a tweetup?

One definition says “A gathering of nerds attempting social contact, likely for the first time. Usually disintegrates into everyone running to the nearest computer to type to one another.” (UrbanDictionary.com)

A tweetup is a social gathering that gives you the chance to get to meet all the people that you chat with on twitter, in real life. There are many people from your local area that you chat with online through twitter, this is the time to meet them face to face. 

Swindon tweetup happens every month.
