Marinated Scottish Salmon, oyster beignet, celeriac remoulade   
Salad of goats cheese, herb roasted beetroot, blood oranges
with a walnut dressing (V)
Asparagus with softly poached duck egg with
pink grapefruit and Hollandaise
Crab bisque with crab spring roll and lemon aioli
Potted duck rilettes with piccalilli served with toasted brioche

Main Course
Herb crusted best end of lamb
with green beans, garlic potato and red wine jus
Pan roasted halibut with steamed mussels,
shallot, white wine served with a parsley sauce
Pan-fried fillet of beef, goose liver croute, sautéed mushrooms
served with a Madera wine sauce £2.50 Supplement
Portobello mushroom with blue cheese and spinach
 baked in a filo pastry with tomato and basil sauce (V)
Simply roasted free range chicken, sautéed celery, chorizo and spinach with a grain mustard sauce
