Lisanne Davidson Dip.ION mBANT NTC CNHC, trained for 4 years at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, and has a busy private practice in Oxfordshire.
Lisanne has extensive experience both as a practitioner and presenter and is Resident Nutrition Consultant for BBC Radio Oxford 95.2 FM, with monthly on-air health advice.
She has also worked with local chefs and restaurants, to raise the profile of wheat and gluten-free cooking and make it more available for the public.
