STFC Family Fun Day

The Swindon Town Family Fun Day will take place on Saturday 23 July at The County Ground.

There will be a whole host of free activities on offer throughout the day.

So whether you want to meet Town's summer signings, be one of the first to get your hands on the new away shirt OR be in with a chance of playing football against Paolo Di Canio - there is something for everyone!

10.00am - STFC Six-a-side
The tournament will take place on The County Ground extension. The winners will face a six-a-side team of Swindon Town legends on The County Ground pitch, which will kick-off at 4.00pm. To enter a team for this event email adam@swindontownfc.co.uk for more details.

11.00am - Doors open
The STFC event, fair and skills area will open featuring a range of local suppliers and sports clubs.

11.30am - Live music and Arena events
Live music from up and coming local bands will begin and will continue throughout the day. Arena shows will take place along with a mascot madness challenge featuring many of Swindon's mascots.

12.00pm - Open Training Session
Paolo Di Canio will lead the squad through a training session at the stadium, with supporters able to watch the session from the Stratton Bank.

2.00pm - Paolo's message!
The Town boss will be introduced to the crowd before being interviewed on the main stage by BBC Wiltshire's Shaun Hodgetts.

2.00pm-3.00pm - Meet the players!
The Town squad will be on hand to sign autographs and pose for photos with supporters.

3.30pm - Adidas team photo
All supporters who have purchased a new 2011/12 home shirt will be entitled to take their seats inside The County Ground and be a part of Swindon Town FC's biggest ever team photo! For more information on taking part in this special event, please visit the STFC website.

4.00pm - Legends football match
A six-a-side team made up of Town legends will take on the winners of the STFC six-a-side tournament on The County Ground. Paul Bodin, Fraser Digby and Alan McLoughlin are amongst those who will be returning to the hallowed turf - whilst Paolo Di Canio is also set to put his skills on show!
