The British Heart Foundation & P.H.A.T Club have joined forces to put on HEART SKIP - a fun, family fitness event to raise funds for a cause close to everybody’s heart.

Saturday 3 September, 10.00am - 7.00pm

Sunday 4 September, 10.00am - 5.00pm 



There will be demonstrations of the brand new fitness frenzy Skiptrix, performed by Julian Hogan & his P.H.A.T Club team.

FREE health checks and fitness assessments offered by Ultra Endurance Athlete Mike Buss the Beyond Impossible Personal Trainer.

Everyone will be welcome to join in and take part in some fantastic challenges, with some great prizes up for grabs!

All money raised from the event will support the British Heart Foundation in its fight against heart and circulatory disease.
