Swindon Youth Festival 2007 

There wasn't a computer game in sight today, as over two thousand teenagers descended on Town Gardens to enjoy the 2007 Swindon Youth Festival.

 
An action-packed afternoon and evening aimed at, and organised by, 13–19 year-olds (in conjunction with the Swindon Borough Council Youth Service) featured live music, dance, exhibitions and activities ranging from all-terrain boarding to parkore, drumming to circus skills.

 
A day described by one 15-year-old as ".... absolutely brilliant! Much more fun that I imagined."
