Macmillian Coffee Morning 2007
Swindon rolled out the table-cloths and cracked open the biscuits for charity today for what is recognised as the World's Biggest Coffee Morning, in aid of the Macmillan Cancer Relief Fund.
The event, now in its 16th year, had people and venues all over Swindon laying on tea, coffee and cake for a very worthwhile cause.

Two of the biggest events taking place in Lydiard Millicent and at Sally's in Highworth, where fundraising also included a sealed bids auction to win a helicopter shopping trip to Bath. A prize that was expected to raise over £1,000.
"Once again, a big thank you to everyone who has supported us," said Gill Thornton, Macmillan Cancer Swindon committee member.
"Each and every volunteer have done another marvellous job and everyone has given so very generously."
"Days like today are so important to the Macmillan charity because the money we raise really does make a massive difference."
