Old Town Festival 2008 

Hundreds turn out to celebrate summer in style!

 

From bike-riding clowns to cheerleaders and Charlie Chaplin - Wood Street was filled with some weird and wonderful sights this afternoon.

The 2008 Old Town Festival attracted huge crowds to the hub of Old Town, with a parade leading to the Lawns.

 

ITV Thames Valley reporter Hannah Shellswell joined Swindon Mayor Steve Wakefield to pick a winner for the parade - with the Majorettes taking home the trophy.
