Cycling Through the Years Taster

A taste of an eight week beginners course aimed at the over 50’s.
 
The course is aimed at complete beginners, those who have lost their confidence or those who need a little refresher training.
 
You will get a chance to speak to the previous course attendees and receive professional cycle coaching.
 
You then have the option to sign up for our free eight-week course, which will take you right from the basics through to practical road safety awareness and bike maintenance.
