Swindon Mindful Employer session

Learn the reasons why employers should be addressing mental health and well-being issues in the workplace 

 

Have you ever thought about addressing mental health in the workplace? Well according to The Swindon Mindful Employer Network it's crucial you do. 

 

And on Tuesday 01 March they're holding a special one-off session for members of the Swindon branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) at the Swindon Marriott.

 

The event will focus on the reasons why employers should be addressing mental health and well-being issues in the workplace as well as taking a look at the activities of the local Mindful Employer network.

 

Introduced by David Latham who manages the Swindon Mindful Employer Network at Richmond Fellowship Wiltshire and includes a presentation by Geoff Windle who is a primary care mental health practitioner with the Swindon & Wiltshire Primary Care Psychology Service.

  

Also taking part in the hour long event is Dave Potts who will be providing a session on the benefits for employers of adopting a positive approach to mental health at work.
