Face painting, arts and crafts, fairground rides and more

Faringdon Park was transformed into a youth wonderland this weekend.

The Children's Fete 2010 filled the arena with face painting, arts & crafts, fairground rides, 'wonderland' fancy dress and much, much more.

The event was organised by the Mechanics' Institute Trust who hoped to create the marvellous atmosphere of previous Children's Fetes held in Swindon during the earlier part of the 20th century.
