Instead of an open day this year, Coleshill Organic are doing something a bit different.

They're going to create some autumnal magic in the garden and set-up their very own pop-up restaurant.

 

Barny Haughton, of theSquare Food Foundation, is going to be conjuring up a four course feast harvesting just about all his ingredients from the garden.

Barny used to be The Head Chef at The Royal Oak in Bishopstone, which Coleshill Organics have supplied for many years now, and has always been one of the best places to eat in Swindon.
