ROB PENN, author, cyclist, and bike-lover, certainly thinks so.

He has ridden a bike most days of his adult life, has one for every occasion, has built his own dream bike, and once pedalled round the world, by the shortest route, 40,000kms!

His book, It’s All About the Bike – the Pursuit of Happiness on Two Wheels is a great read and explains everything.

ANNA CIPULLO, CTC’s Cycling Development Officer, is on a mission to see as many people as possible on two wheels in Swindon.
