What's behind the banners? 

We take a look at the new Marlborough Park development in Old Town

 

Those who have wondered what was happening behind the banners surrounding the former Burmah Castrol headquarters can now take a look for themselves.

 

The first showhome has been revealed on Marlborough Park - the brand-new development in Old Town near Broome Manor golf course.

Opening to the public fully over the Bank Holiday weekend later this month, SwindonWeb were invited to take a look round what will eventually become the site for 204 high-quality homes.

 

Places for People, holder of the prestigious What House? Gold Award are behind the project, which will comprise both two, three and four bedroom houses and apartments.

 

Prices will start at £110,000.
