Housebuilder Redrow commences building works on 50 new properties in Swindon

Redrow has announced the launch of the second phase of building at Badbury Park on Marlborough Road in Swindon. Coate at Badbury Park will comprise of 50 properties, with a mix of four and five bedroom homes available from £390,995 to £468,995.

 

Plans for a Primary School & recreational areas

 

The 184 acre site currently has outline planning permission for 890 dwellings. There are also plans in place for the wider development, providing 29 acres of land for a business park and 13.5 acres for the Great Western Hospital. As well as the new homes and business plots, the site will include a Primary School, additional areas of open space for play and recreational use, alongside a natural woodland area.
