It's Carry on Nurse at PMH in 1970! - WERE YOU THERE?
Thanks to the quite brilliant Swindon Collection of pictures & scans, a snap-shot of Swindon in years gone by is being preserved and published for us all to see.
And this picture today from the Christmas Show at PMH in 1970 (Princess Margaret Hospital) really made us smile. It looks like such a joyous occasion, with what appears to be a cheque being handed over, no doubt for money raised for some good local cause or other - with a lot of fun had by all doing it!
