MISSING: John Shailes - FUNERAL PLANNED

John Shailes funeral will take place this Thursday (25th of July) starting at 12.30pm St.Sampsons Church, Cricklade. Friends have asked for bright colours to be worn. (Thanks to Scott Pyper for the update)
Police Statement:
The investigation into the circumstances of his death continues but we are not treating it as suspicious at this stage. A full file will be completed on behalf of H M Coroner for Wiltshire.
Formal identification has not yet been completed but the family of John Shailes, 27, who was reported as missing from Swindon have been informed of this development. Inspector Paul Hawkins said: 'We are still appealing for information from anyone who saw John on the evening of Friday 12th July.' (Source: Wiltshire Police)
POLICE FIND BODY AT MOULDON HILL LAKE
A body, which is believed to be that of John Shailes who went missing last night, has been found in the River Ray near Mouldon Hill lake in north Swindon.
Police Statement:
We can confirm that the body of a man has been found in the river Ray at the rear of Moulden Hill Lake.
Formal identification has not yet been completed but the family of John Shailes, 27, who was reported as missing from Swindon have been informed of this development. Inspector Paul Hawkins said: 'We are investigating the circumstances of the death and are still appealing for information from anyone who saw John yesterday evening.' Anyone with information is asked to contact Wiltshire Police on 101. (Source: Wiltshire Police) He was out with friends last night (Friday 12th July 2013) and had been drinking at the Tawny Owl Pub, Taw Hill.
His family are very concerned that he hasn't returned home which is out of character. John is described as white, approximately 5'10 and of muscular build. He has blonde hair and was wearing shorts and trainers. Inspector Paul Hawkins said: 'We are very concerned for John's welfare and are conducting searches in the area of Mouldon lake. It is important that anyone who has seen John since 8:00 pm yesterday evening contacts Wiltshire Police urgently.'
