Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves (and their mum!) 

NEW BUSINESS: La Bella Vita Hair & Beauty opens in Gorse Hill

 

There's a real clue in the name as to why two sisters have set up one of Swindon's newest businesses.

 

'La Bella Vita' combines the two things Ellie & Bibby Vitale are most passionate about - the beauty & well-being of their customers and their proud Italian roots.

 

"We wanted to call it something that not only sounded good but really meant something," Ellie told us, "and thankfully everyone seems to really like!"

 

Their brand-new salon in Cricklade Road, Gorse Hill - Ellie does the hair, while Bibby does the beauty side - is a real partnership that's the culmination of a lot of hard work and the tremendous support of their family.

 

"We've always worked hard and had paying jobs, even when we were at school," Ellie added, "and we wanted to eventually run our own business."

 

"So when the chance came up to do this together we thought 'why not?"

 

And with their Italian father and English/half-Scottish mother encouraging them by saying 'go for it!', La Bella Vita was born and opened for its first day on 05 August.

 

"It's still very early days but we have been overwhelmed with the support and kindness we have received from the local community. It's a far better start than what we planned."

 

The pair are now busy everyday offering all the latest hair, beauty, waxing, threading, nail & tanning treatments plus teeth whitening.

 

They even do a special 'Mothers Treat' which includes a herbal facial, OPI manicure & pedicure, wash, cut & blow dry but there's no prizes for guessing who was the first person to be pampered with one of those... 

 

"Our mum, of course, who else!" Ellie concluded, "no one deserves it more!"
