Ballet Keeps Kids On Their Toes

Whether leaping, gliding or seemingly flying through the air, accomplished ballet dancers always make their graceful movements look effortless.

 

And for a number of lucky pupils in Swindon yesterday, they got to witness these amazing performers first hand!

 

Around 300 pupils from across Swindon were invited along to Swindon Dance as part of this year's primarySTEPS programme which aims to provide Year 3 (7-8 yrs) class groups with a positive introduction to ballet; and initial creative ballet training for selected children, who would not otherwise have the opportunity.
