The Olympics came early to Swindon this weekend, as the Great Britain Mens Hockey team supported the North Wilts Hockey six aside hockey tournament.
Guests including GB star Simon Mason – who is widely regarded as the best goalkeeper in hockey, who
attended the event at Dorcan Leisure Centre which is now in it’s 29th year.
“It’s great to see how many teams have turned out for this event,” commented Mr Mason.
“It’s playing in events like this that the next great stars can be found.”
