With everything in place for the opening of the Wyvern’s new Circle Restaurant this September – the theatre welcome a new ‘Ed Chef’.

Swindon born Ed Jell, who is the son of two chefs, will be cooking up a delight from the 09 September 2008 with pre-dining guests attending Ray Cooney’s farce ‘Run For Your Wife’.

“It’s a pleasure to welcome Ed to the hospitality team,” commented Paul Stewart, Hospitality Manager at the Wyvern Theatre.

“Ed’s experience will enhance the success of the Wyvern’s newest venture, and we look forward to cooking the classic, fresh dishes on the menu at the Circle Restaurant.”
