It's not every day that you can turn £25 into £850,000.

 

But the owners of the Landmark Hotel in Chiseldon are giving everyone the opportunity to do just that.

 

Owners Margaret and Malcolm Pearson are offering their 16-bedroom hotel to one winner in a grand draw, with tickets costing just twenty five pounds each.

 

"It's a fantastic hotel and given the current economic climate it's a wonderful opportunity for someone to grab a complete bargain," said Malcolm.

 

The couple must sell a minimum of 48,000 tickets for the hotel to be the top prize in the draw, but if that number isn't reached the winning ticket holder will share the prize fund accumulated.

 

The last day to enter the competition is the 31 October 2010, but the draw will take place before that if all 48,000 tickets are sold.
