Earlybirds mark the start of the Swindon Festival of Literature in traditional style

 

A hot cup of tea was the essential item in Lawn Woods this morning at 6am, as a large crowd gathered to celebrate the Dawn Chorus.

 

The event, now a tradition in Swindon, marks the start of the annual Swindon Festival of Literature, which once again has attracted a host of big name authors and speakers. Full details below.
