MP joins commuters cycling to work in Swindon
Local MP Justin Tomlinson joined the growing number of people cycling to work in Swindon this morning.
He took part in the specially organised cycle train that left Asda Walmart in north Swindon at 7.30am before arriving at the railway station at 8.15.
On the way, cyclists & fellow bike users took the opportunity to enjoy a free breakfast & bike check courtesy of Sustrans & Swindon Travel Choices just off Sheppard Street, and where other commuters were shown the benefits of pedalling to work.

The initiative was just one of a varied programme of free rides, events and activities for all ages as part of BIKE WEEK IN SWINDON, which runs from 15-23 JUNE.

Meet outside the front of The Link Centre at 7.45am, to arrive at Swindon railway station at 8.15am (latest)
Friday 21st June
Dorcan
Meet outside the entrance to Dorcan Recreation Complex, next to the mini roundabout on St. Paul's Drive, at 7.30am, to arrive at Swindon railway station at 8.15am latest
