After a half a million pound investment, Flame is the exciting new name and place to eat at The Blunsdon House Hotel.

 

Previously known as Christopher's, Flame now centres around cooking on a Josper ‘supergrill’ from Spain, where fully flavoured steak, poultry, fish and vegetables are chargrilled at high temperature with the juices locked-in.

 

Open Monday to Saturday from noon until 2.30 and 6.30 till 10.00pm in the evening, the restaurant's new look and interior is designed for not only intimate meals for two but also for larger parties - especially popular with the Christmas Party season fast approaching!
