Man of the match:
Craig Easton gets his first
goal of the season
A much improved performance and an impressive goal from Craig Easton was enough to earn Town a share of the points against Stockport.

This was after Stopckport had taken the lead on the half hour mark when Stephen Gleeson smashed the ball passed a helpless Phil Smith in the Town goal.

However, Easton was on hand to bring smiles to some recently unhappy Swindon fans with his first goal of the season just after the re-start to get his team back level.

Boss Maurice Malpas was true to his work with a couple of changes following the poor display against Leeds - Sean Morrison and Michael Timlin coming in for Jerel Ifil and Anthony McNamee.

The game also saw the long awaited return of Barry Corr who replaced Billy Paynter just passed the hour mark.

With a win, two draws and a loss on their travels so far this term, Malpas will no doubt be looking for an improvement at the County Ground as he looks to guide Swindon in the right direction.
