No revenge for Swindon Media
Town too good again for journos in annual footy match
After last year's defeat, the Swindon media were anxious to get revenge in their annual football match against Swindon Town FC.
But it was not to be.
Former Town star Paul Bodin grabbed a hatrick, as an STFC IX managed by Lilian Nallis ran out easy 5-3 winners - despite the media team of Adver journalists, radio personalities and even Kirsty Heber-Smith from SwindonWeb (the hard tackling, hairy-legged ball winner in midfield) fielding 15 players on the pitch for the last ten minutes!

"It was an unusual tactic, but worth a try," said Media team guest manager JP McGovern.
Man of the Match was won by BBC's Ed Hadwin.
