Whitworth Road
This is Whitworth Road looking East from the junction with Thames Avenue.
The old photo dates from the 1930s and you can see that the road has no pavements either side. The road itself has been considerably widened over the years but now has gone back almost to its original width due to the introduction of traffic calming.
