IS-Rayfast is a global supplier of High Performance Electrical Interconnection & Electro-Mechanical products into the Aerospace, Defence, Industrial, Marine, Motorsport & Energy markets.

Based in Swindon and reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, they currently have a full time vacancy for a Sales & Quality Support Co-ordinator.

Responsibilities and duties include:

- Sales order acknowledgement audit checks
- Administration of RMA's (customer complaints/returns)
- Producing Quality performance reportds
- Adjusting stock records to match stock counts

The individual must possess:

- Strong IT skills on MS Office products, especially Exel & Powerpoint
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Passionate approach to customer service with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to prioritise workloads effectively
