Turnover Up For Outsource UK
Acquisitions pay off for Swindon IT recruitment specialists
Growth in the financial services sector and an astute aquisition is paying dividends for Outsource UK.
The Swindon IT recruitment specialists have reported a 45% increase in turnover to £31.7m, up from £21.8m in 2011.
Paul Jameson MD of Outsource said, “we are really pleased with these results. This is our best performance in terms of growth since 2009 and considering the difficult economic conditions all businesses are facing it really is great news.
"Our strategy of growing accounts with existing customers by expanding the services we offer to them has clearly been successful.”
In November 2011, Outsource acquired Stoke based Omnium IT Recruitment, and this acquisition has contributed significantly to the increase in turnover.
During the period to 31 May 2012, Outsource also achieved organic growth across all market sectors with the majority of the growth coming from the financial services sector.
Outsource UK is now ranked 32nd in the UK of IT recruitment businesses by turnover (Recruitment International Top 250 Report 2012; 2011 36th)
The company is headquartered in Churchward House, Swindon and has offices in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire and Piccadilly in Manchester.
