Jurys Inn opens 

Fleming Way hotel becomes biggest in Swindon

 

Swindon's biggest hotel officially opened its doors today - the 229 room Jurys Inn on Fleming Way.

 

Boasting what they describe as 'stylish and comfortable accommodation ideal for business or 'city' break', the £20 million pound hotel also includes a restaurant, bar, coffee shop and seven meeting rooms.

And - although it might not be everyone's cup of tea - pretty spectacular views of Swindon town centre from the top floor.

 

The first-day launch was attended by a number of Swindon businesses and individuals from across the town.

 

"It's a joy to see it finally open," commented Andy Gray, General Manager of Jurys Inn Swindon.

 

"We have 229 bedrooms, 7 meeting rooms and a fully licensed bar and restaurant - offering something new for the town."
