Ecolink in Swindon 

New service launched to help Swindon business help the environment

 

A brand new environmentally-friendly courier service was launched in Swindon last night.

 

Ecolink is believed to be the first eco-courier service in the country that uses electric-powered scooters to deliver parcels and documents within Swindon.

“It’s no longer tenable to go on doing the things the same old way, especially if those ways are having a detrimental effect on the environment," commented Mark Butler Ecolink and Mainlink director. 

 

"We can make a difference by adopting new technology to help alleviate these things. Electric motoring is here, now and available and if small companies such as ourselves adopt it there is no reason why change can’t happen on a larger scale for the good of all.”
