Outsource UK on the move
IT recruitment agency moves to historic new premises
Outsource UK, one of the UK’s leading IT recruitment agencies, is moving its Head Office to larger premises in Swindon following a period of substantial and continued growth that has defied all economic indicators.
The prestigious offices, based in Kemble Drive, are more than double the size of the company’s current facilities and are situated within walking distance of Swindon’s busy town centre and train station.

The company, recently hailed as one of The Sunday Times’ 100 fastest growing independent companies in Britain, will now occupy Churchward House, a spacious Grade II listed former railway building. The first floor office will accommodate the company’s 22 employees and also offers capacity for further significant growth over the coming 12 months.
With clients and candidates in both the local area and London, the offices are conveniently positioned along the busy M4 corridor on the main London to Bristol train line.
“Outsource UK has more than doubled in size over the past four years, and with ambitious plans for continued growth it is the perfect time to look at expansion," commented Paul Jameson, managing director of Outsource UK."
"We have achieved a 52% growth every year for the last three years and these new offices are an intrinsic part of our future plans. It is important to us to be easily accessible for clients and candidates and the new offices facilitate this whilst allowing us to cultivate our end to end recruitment services.
“We are a people orientated business and cultivating the right environment to welcome talented IT contractors and existing and prospective clients to the business is core to our success and future.”
The 150-year-old building, which was once part of Europe’s largest engineering works, also benefits from a number of environmental measures that have been installed by the owner, HPH Commercial Property.
These enhancements include advanced heating control and monitoring, power optimisation and energy efficient lighting.
