bring out the best in you and others to help build your business reputation and
business growth. Have you discovered the strengths that will bring out the best

ways for you to unearth and share your hidden qualities with the world:

Speak to people who inspire and challenge you. Step out of your comfort
zone and start up a conversation. Think about why a person or business
inspires you. Do you aspire to be like them? See this as an opportunity to
develop a particular quality in yourself.
Do you feel challenged by
someone? What can you learn from the competitive nature of your
association? Greater strength in numbers perhaps?

Focus on your strengths. Discover what your strengths
are. Spend time with a business coach who can help you realise your key
talents, skills and attributes. This will paint a picture of who you can
be and will help you progress both you and your business.

Collaborate to eliminate your weaknesses (or areas for
development).
Who can you partner with to accomplish more, for each other and for your
clients? Consider linking with someone with complimentary skills sets
which play to your areas for development.

planet admit to failing, and failing, and failing again.
Failure teaches
you. It teaches you to learn from what you did wrong and right and why
