Polo day celebration for Swindon-based Planet Pursuits
Team building and corporate entertainment company Planet Pursuits enjoyed a day of polo in Swindon as part of their 10 year anniversary.
"People think that polo is only open to the rich and famous, but it's most certainly not," commented Planet Pursuits founder Simon Maddison.
"Everyone loves to learn a little more about the sport, and we find it the perfect setting for people to relax and enjoy, whether they are playing or not."
The event was held at Lynt Polo Club just outside Highworth, with six teams competing. The club was only recently taking over by Guy and Charlotte Verdon, who are encouraging local companies to use its excellent facilities to entertain business and private clients.
Planet Pursuits run corporate events in both the UK and abroad and have a busy summer lined up running corporate events at their Purton House base near Swindon.
The company also recently renewed its contract with the Steam Museum, Swindon, to be the Christmas party supplier for the next five years – so it’s full steam ahead for Planet Pursuits.
