Hard Work Brings Rewards 

 

After delivering more sales than almost everyone else in the history of the company, Sean Walsh has been appointed Sales Manager at Outsource UK, the specialist IT recruitment company, with offices in Swindon, Manchester and the Midlands. 

“Sean has been with us since he was a teenager more than ten years’ ago”, said Paul Jameson Managing Director of Outsource. 

“He thoroughly deserves this promotion and to play a key role in our next phase of expansion.” 

Outsource UK prides itself on having a good track record on staff retention in an industry with a notoriously high staff turnover.

We often take interns from the local college to give them valuable work experience, and provide training courses on topics such as interview techniques to prepare them for university or work-placements and we employ many apprentices across all areas of the business,” said Paul. 

Brought up in Southport, Sean lives in Swindon with his wife Faye and daughter Lily. He can often be found on the pitch on Tuesday evenings with the Outsource 5-a-side football team - “If they are struggling!” Sean adds.

In his working life Sean’s new role will focus on creating a strategy to develop the Swindon sales team and to improve all areas of the business.
