Outsource UK celebrate the achievements of two employees who have been shortlisted for top industry awards
One of the region’s top recruitment consultancies, Outsource UK, is celebrating the achievements of two employees who have been shortlisted for top industry awards.
Tara Davis and Will Louzado, both based at the company’s Swindon office, have been announced as finalists in the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) 2013 Award.
Account Manager Tara (below, right) is among four finalists for the “Best Candidate and Client Experience Award” and Recruiter Will (below, left) lines up against three others for “Best Newcomer of the Year Award”.
“If I win it will also be an award for all those who have mentored and trained me,” said Tara. “It would also be recognition for my long hours and hard work over the past eight years, and make every second of it worthwhile!”
Since joining the company a year ago, Will has quickly risen through the ranks.
“It feels great to have been recognised for my efforts at Outsource in such a competitive industry. I hit a personal goal by winning Outsource’s internal award “Recruiter of the Quarter” earlier this year, but to be acknowledged by the IRP has given me extra motivation and just fuels my drive to succeed.”
“These awards recognise exceptional achievement by the very best individuals and companies within recruitment,” said Managing Director Paul Jameson. “We are extremely proud of everyone in our workforce. Tara and Will are superb ambassadors for us all, and we are hoping they achieve the ultimate prize they so very much deserve.”
The winners will be announced at the Awards Dinner to be held on 03 December in London.
