Swindon-based contact centre wins prestigious SWCCF award
CARPEO was amongst the winners at the South West Contact Centre Forum Annual Awards event held at the Bristol Marriott on the evening of Thursday 14th July.
Best Large Contact Centre
Established in 2008’s recession, Swindon-based Carpeo came first in the category “Best Large Contact Centre” in the Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year category, having faced some stiff competition from a host of worthy entrants.
The company has enjoyed success at previous SWCCF events but was especially thrilled to win this particular category as this reflects its growth in terms of clients and reputation over the past 12 months.
