Six hundred attend major Swindon business show 

  

The Great Hall at the STEAM museum proved the perfect backdrop for the Business in Swindon Show.

 

The event offered local businesses of all sizes the chance to network, exchange ideas and promote themselves in what organisers and exhibitors described as the ideal showcase.

 

Over 600 people attended the day, which included seminars and expert speakers.

 

Sponsors Lloyds TSB Commercial and GWE Business West were delighted with the response, with the plan now to repeat the event again next year and build on its success.

 

A planned tour by Prime Minister David Cameron, however, didn't materialise after his visit to nearby Honda overran.
