The form is divided into different sections:

If you're applying for membership of OTTC, please do remember:

  • Annual membership costs £20 for adults or £10 for junior members under 18. (You are welcome to make an additional donation!) The minimum subscription to be a Friend of OTTC is £5.
  • All cheques should be made payable to Old Town Theatre Company and sent to: Old Town Theatre Company P O Box 594, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN1 3UQ.
  • Please remember that we expect all our members to commit to Front of House duties for our own shows. It's an enjoyable way of meeting other OTTC members as well.
