Superdry set to open at Swindon Outlet
Popular clothing brand prepares for the official launch of its Swindon store
Crowds of shoppers are expected to flock to Swindon Designer Outlet on Boxing Day as popular streetwear brand Superdry opens its doors for the first time.
The store will offer the designer brand’s collection of high quality men’s and women’s clothing ranging from T-shirts to jackets and from belts to bags, all with discounts of up to 60 per cent.
The clothing company joins the centre’s 90 top brands including Ted Baker, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.
Nick Williams, marketing manager for Swindon Designer Outlet, said: “Superdry is an exciting brand and we’re already receiving a huge amount of interest from shoppers who are eagerly awaiting the opening of the store.
“Boxing Day is always a busy day for us, but we’re expecting this year to be one of our busiest ever as shoppers will get the first chance to see what amazing discounts they can get in the new Superdry store.”
The hugely popular brand which is worn by such A-Lister's as Zac Efron and David Beckham previously retailed via concessions but the new store is the first time Swindon has had a standalone Superdry store.
The store opening follows the launch of Daniel Footwear, a designer shoe and accessory store offering top names like Dior, DKNY, Armani, D&G and UGG, and is the latest sign that the popular shopping destination is showing resilience in the current economic trading climate.
