Vinyl-ly! A New Record Shop In Swindon 

Holmes Music opens new Red House Records outlet

 

Music lovers in Swindon have seen HMV and Rise Records both sadly close recently in the town centre, so it was good news to see vinyl records now on sale at Holmes Music today.

 

Paul Holmes has started Red House Records inside the Holmes Music store on Faringdon Road to meet the demand for brand-new and classic releases.

 

 

"We've had quite a few comments from customers about the demise of independent record shops, so we decided to do something about it," Paul said.

 

"There's a renewed interest on recordings on vinyl, especially re-issues of classic albums, so we think it's a great addition to the shop."

 

Record care products and an ordering service are also available.

 

Holmes Music in Swindon are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year.
