It was champagne for all at Deacon & Son

 

It was celebrations all round at Deacon's in Wood street last night as they celebrated 160 years of trading.

 

Founded as a jewellers, watch & clock makers by George Deacon in 1848, the business remains a family run business now in its sixth generation.
