Inkspot rewards Swindon artistic talent
Prizes were handed out at the Inkspot craft store in Stanford St this weekend to mark the culmination of their 4th annual art competition.
An impressive portrait painted by first-time entrant Nicholas Smith was judged the overall winner, with awards for pastel and pencil drawings, acrylic, oil, watercolours and special achievement also presented.

"The standard once again has been superb," said Inkspot marketing and promotions manager Annie Aiguier, "the competition seems to be growing better year on year."
A gallery of all entrants will be on display in the store until the end of November, with some available to buy.
