The national charity haven't had a shop in the town for over 5 years, since the closure of their Faringdon Road premises.
Jo Osorio, Director of Age Concern Swindon, said: “It's been great to see so many people coming to support us today, including the Mayor.
“We've got some great quality items on offer, but what we really need is more stock, and more volunteers.”
Campaigns like the national Innocent smoothie hat appeal which raised 50p per sale for Age Concern, have really raised the charity's profile.
Andrew Vale, Head of Retail for Age Concern UK, said:
“The Innocent appeal raised over £200,000 for the charity, and I think we also had 80 people from Swindon knitting the hats for us, so it's great to see such support in the town.”
