One-off handbag launches new look Osprey store at Designer Outlet

 

The world’s first-ever giant LEGO® handbag marked the re-launch of McArthurGlen’s Swindon OSPREY LONDON store this weekend.

The handbag towers at over 2.8m in height and 60cm in breadth, with the entire replica weighing between 80 – 100kg. The creation, which took over 20 days of manpower to build, is thought to be the world’s first ever giant LEGO® handbag sculpture created.

 

 

This one-off starts of the build up to the Great Western Lego Show on 1st and 2nd October at STEAM - Museum of the Great Western Railway.

As part of the store re-launch, a flash sale between 12 Noon and 12.30 pm offering an extra 20% off everything proved highly successful.

 

"We've just had the busiest hour since we opened here," commented the store manager.
