New High Steet Store For Swindon Town Centre
Europe's largest shoe retailer is now open in The Parade
Deichmann, the German shoe retailer, opened for business at The Parade shopping centre in Swindon town centre at 9am on Monday 11 February 2013.
Deichmann shoes cater for all the family selling an extensive range of high quality footwear for men, women and children, available at value for money prices. Whilst the retail proposition largely focuses on self-service, staff will be on hand to offer advice and fitting.
This year, the US actress and Oscar prize winner Halle Berry presented her collection "5th Avenue by Halle Berry" exclusively with Deichmann.
The new store is 470 sq meters which was previously two units. The building has been extensively refurbished and now boasts a bright and modern shop front. It is located opposite the River Island and USC stores in The Parade, in the town centre.
Brian Morris, manager of The Parade shopping centre, said: “It’s great news that Swindon town centre now has a Deichmann store. This is a great addition to The Parade and it really enhances the retail offering for our customers”.
On Saturday 16 February Deichmann will be celebrating the opening of the new Swindon store with a day of fun for shoppers, including balloon modelling for the children and an opportunity to crack the safe and win £20 store gift vouchers.
