With Billy Paynter out with a hamstring injury, it was up to Charlie Austin to deliver for Swindon today.

 

And his second-half strike proved decisive, as Town put their recent wobble behind them to record a much-needed victory.

 

"That was a fantastic three points for us," commented a delighted Danny Wilson, who was forced to make three substitutions in the first-half after injuries to David Lucas, Vincent Pericard and Danny Ward.

 

"We adapted brilliantly and as a team effort we were superb."
