Swindon fans were once again left frustrated with a second successive 1-1 draw at the County Ground this afternoon.

Despite once again dominating for large parts of the game, Town were unable to find the cutting edge to break down the visitors' dogged defence.

 

Difficult day: Frank Nouble is outjumped by a Walsall defender

Danny Wilson's men went behind following a defensive mix-up between Dave Lucas and Scott Cuthbert, with Scott Jones on hand to fire Walsall into the lead just before the break.

Charlie Austin scored his 19th goal of the season 10 minutes after the interval but Swindon couldn't find the winner. With other results going Town's way the draw still leaves them well placed to mount one final promotion push with three games left.
