Burton Albion were dispatched as Town's record-breaking run continued to ten league wins in a row.

Ronan Murray and Paul Benson were on both on target from close-range in a five-minute flurry following an even first-half.

Murray with an immediate impact after coming on for Connell three minutes before he broke the deadlock.

"I'm happy with this performance because we played the right way," Di Canio admitted.

"Burton closed us down well for the first 30 minutes but my players have learnt the patience and intelligence to deal with this.

"They deserve this win and the record. It is an amazing achievement but we haven't finished yet."
